The staff is very friendly and attentive, everything in the room was very clean and comfortable. We did some research online and read all the great reviews about this place, we also liked that it is located right next to the beach and is affordable. Renee at the front desk is also very kind and attentive.

This hotel is less than two stars in my opinion. The linens were soiled. The bathroom was not cleaned and the hotel Staff are extremely rude.|I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I attempted to resolve the issue several times through Expedia and it was not resolved.

Perfect location, a little too close to the busy road but that’s ok for the money . Terrible customer service, every time you ask them for a towel or anything else Renee the office lady had an attitude problem. Once I had to jump out of the shower to rescue my 15 year old daughter from Renee screaming at her because apparently we returned some soiled bath towels. First of all she had no business to communicate with underage person about anything and second I don’t remember returning soiled towels at all . And what’s up with the customer service? For $1600 we paid for our stay you can buy a lot of $10 towels. Tried to email the owner but nobody answered nor tried to contact me back. Well next time we will stay somewhere else, nobody is going to get harassed or yelled by rude hotel administrators. By the way before I wrote this review I read Priceline reviews and at least 2 guests went through the same blame about towels they soiled and had to pay for. Really? Nice try, ms Renee , way to make some extra pocket change instead of tips you didn’t deserve!
